This website is operated by Pip's Little Shop. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Pip's Little Shop. We offer this website, including all information, tools and services available from it, to you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site or purchasing something from us, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), including any additional terms and policies referenced here or available by hyperlink. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers and contributors of content. If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use the site or Service.

Our store is hosted on Shopify. Our products are produced and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Printful.

You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including copyright laws). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Your content (not including credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted over various networks. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service without our express written permission.

We are not responsible if information on this site is not accurate, complete or current. Material on this site is provided for general information only. Our designs treat numbers as playful lenses, not secret codes, and nothing on this site is a factual, scientific, spiritual or financial claim. Correspondence is not cause.

Prices for our products may change without notice. We may modify or discontinue the Service, or any part of it, at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Our products are printed on demand and available exclusively online. We make every effort to display colors and images accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen will show any color accurately, and small variations in print placement and color between items are normal. We may limit sales of products to any person, region or jurisdiction, and may limit quantities. Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time. We do not warrant that the quality of any product will meet all of your expectations. Returns and remedies are governed by our Refund Policy.

Section 6: Billing and account information

We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. If we change or cancel an order, we will try to notify you by the email address provided at checkout. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to update it promptly.

We may provide access to third party tools that we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge that we provide them "as is" and "as available" without any warranty, and that any use of them is at your own risk and subject to the terms of their providers.

Information on our site may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times and availability. We reserve the right to correct them, and to change information or cancel orders if information is inaccurate, at any time without prior notice, including after you have submitted your order.
